Yes, they are a legit company. Purchased my first doll on black Friday. Everyone was very helpful with my questions. Took a bit longer than expected to arrive due to the Christmas season which is understandable. Though once doll was in Canada it only took 2 days for her to be delivered. So very quick. She was worth the wait. The factory photos didn’t do her justice and is beautifully painted and very lifelike. I don’t plan on more dolls recently but plan on an additional head. Couldn’t be happier.
