Yes, it’s legit and safe. This is my first doll, so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and feel of the TPE. The doll feels soft to the touch even without adding any powder, but if you do, the touch sensation gets even better. The doll is light given its size and so it is easy to manipulate. The skeleton is well adjusted, all the joints oppose the same resistance when moved. Time will tell how much they will loosen up with usage. Seller has the time and patience to answer at length to any questions you might have. I will give 5 stars and two thumbs up.
